Bikandi Ecologico Crianza is an organic Tempranillo wine from Rioja. The vines grow in a cool high-altitude area in calcareous alluvial soil. The vineyards are strictly kept under ecological agricultural methods in a natural environment without any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Bikandi grapes are hand harvested during the first weeks of October. After fermentation, Viña Olabarri’s winemaker- Fernando Salgado, aged the wine for more than 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. This ensures a fruit-forward wine that is elegant, fresh, spicy and nuanced which integrates the oak character perfectly with the dark cherry fruit, vanilla and chocolate that shows on tasting. It is ideal with tapas or any grilled dish.

Made entirely with Verdejo grapes from vines planted in free standing with ages close to 100 years from the Nieva hawks.
After its manual harvest, the must ferments at a low temperature to maintain all its fruit and mineral power. A clean and bright straw yellow wine with the typical greenish reflections of the Verdejo variety.
It is presented with contained aromatic intensity but of great complexity, characterized by the minerality typical of the terrain, notes of slate, accompanied by well-integrated, fresh white fruit. In the same way, we find balsamic and notes of aromatic herbs typical of the variety.
The entry is very silky as a result of aging on fine lees, without losing the Verdejo character in its final bitterness that gives it length. Again, we find the presence of balsamic aromas and good acidity in the aftertaste.
The result is a fresh, elegant wine with aromatic complexity, with great breadth in the mouth that makes it persistent. A whim that will surprise you when you drink it.
This wine is the result of the innovative practices implemented at the vineyards and wineries run by the family of vine-growers and winemakers for more sustainable, organic cultivation, with a strong focus on environmentally respectful viticulture.
Finca Antigua Orgánico 2017 is made from Syrah and Garnacha grapes from the earliest harvest in the history of Finca Antigua, unusually kicking off on 10 August in a really warm summer with the grapes perfectly ripe. From then on, until early September, temperatures remained high, which resulted in a wine with a Mediterranean character – quite unusual for the wines made in this estate. It is a fine, medium acid wine that exhibits subtle tannins and a gentle phenolic presence. It is best to open it within ten years at the longest.

As an Italian protected designation of origin (PDO) product, the P.D.O. Green Pistachio from Bronte, the "green gold", is cultivated in small volcanic soils in the municipalities of Bronte, Adrano and Biancavilla on the sunny island of Sicily, with an extremely limited production. Bronte pistachios are known for their characteristic flavour, bright green colour, and unique organoleptic properties that are intimately linked to their place of origin.
The Pistachio Gelato is prepared with the P.D.O. Green Pistachio from Bronte paste that gives the product an intense aroma and its natural and typical grey green colour. It is decorated by hand with PDO Green Pistachio Bronte grains)

The quality of extra virgin olive oil is determined by, the agricultural land, the healthy olive, immediate grinding of the olive once it is picked, cold manufacturing, appropriate storage.
The organoleptic value (those properties that can be perceived by our senses) decreases the longer, the product remains in its packaging. Thus, we recommend that the olive oil is consumed as soon as possible.
Isul is packaged without filtering to prevent wastage of its taste and smell characteristics, so small olive particles may appear in the bottom of the bottle.
Keep in a dark, dry place away from strong smells. In cold environments the oil may solidify, but its liquid state is recovered upon an increase in temperature.

Martúe is the winery's star wine, an exhaustive blend of 33% Syrah, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot and 19% Malbec and 7% Merlot.
It is a rich, fresh wine, with good aging capacity, round and with fine tannin.
Preparation: Harvesting of the grapes at their optimum moment of maturation at night harvest. Artisanal elaboration, fermentation with native yeasts, long macerations. The wine has been in French oak barrels for 10 months.
The soil: Our limestone, saline and very nutrient-poor soils produce elegant and powerful wines of high quality.
Climate: Extreme temperatures typical of the continental climate with hot, dry summers and cold, dry winters. A wide range of night-day temperatures is observed during the ripening months of the grapes, from July to September, which allows for greater synthesis of polyphenols at night.
