DUCEZIA brand has four different flavours of Marmalades, made with Sicilian citrus from organic farming, Organic Cane Sugar, Citric Acid and Pectin from Fruit. Fruit used 55g per 100g Organic Tangelin with peel, Organic Brown Sugar, gelling agent: fruit pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid.

The category of organic compotes includes our sweet fruit preserves, obtained by vacuum cooking fruit, grape sugar, and spices.
The fruit is 100% Italian, produced by us in Calabria, and the flavours are typical of this area). From this base we have created tantalizing combinations (orange and ginger)
Our compotes, in addition to being handcrafted, are made without added refined sugar, without thickeners, without preservatives, and without dye.
Soon after picking, the tomato is carefully washed, dried up and “simply” mashed without cooking and without the addition of any preservatives. The resulting puree is bottled, closed and sterilized, to ensure proper and safe storage.
The peeled tomato is obtained from a careful selection and washing of tomatoes whose skin is afterwards removed.
Sea buckthorn fruits - the source of Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9.
Sea buckthorn is rich in fiber, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids.

The Biofavole tomato passata is a tomato puree made with 100% Italian organic tomatoes, tomatoes are cultivated by the same farm. It is ideal to be used as tomato sauce on pasta or as ingredient in other dishes. It is ready to use, is obtained from the processing of
handpicked Kero and Tales ripe tomatoes, cooked and passed, without seeds and skin. It is without colouring or preservatives, without added salt or sugar and gluten free.
It is also available in other variants: tomato passata with carrot, celery and onion; tomato passata with basil; tomato passata with aubergines; tomato passata with peppers.
It is available in different bottles: 200g, 420g, 700g
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 4-5 days. Expiration from date of manufacture: 2 years.

Technically almond is the seed, not the fruit, of the almond. From the many varieties of almonds in our territory, the most known are: tuono, ferragnes and Tessitora almonds. Another difference is that of sweet and bitter almonds.
Sweet almonds contain unsaturated fats, proteins, mineral salts, and vitamins in particular vitamin and, in addition, they contain magnesium which is a real touch for the nervous system.
Almond can be natural and peeled and constitutes a fundamental ingredient in kitchen, particularly in pastry; it is an important product that is part of the mediterranean diet.
Biofavole Fruit puree is a fruit pulp made with 100% organic fruit, without colouring, preservatives, gluten free and without added sugars. It is available in the 100g jar and in four different flavours: apple, pear, plum and apricot. All fruits are cultivated by the same farm.
It is ideal to be enjoyed as a snack, to be spread on bread or crackers, with biscuits, or as an ingredient for some recipes such as pan cake or pudding.
It keeps its nutritional properties intact and it is suitable for children from weaning. The colour of the puree is the natural colour of the fruit that has undergone a cooking process, to which no ingredient has been added for maintain its naturalness.
