Altri Tempi is a PGI extra virgin olive oil from organic farming. It is made of two varieties of olives: 50% raggia + 50% Frantoio. It has a fresh olive fruity with a hint of fresh herb. Delicate taste. It is recommended on fish, fish salads, salads, white meat and soups.

Walnut oil is preferred by gourmet lovers and fans of healthy eating. It is also taken as a dietary supplement because it contains a huge levels of vegan omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamin E. That is why we sell it successfully in organic stores and large chains.
As it is an organic vegan product, walnut oil is easily listed in the retail outlets, because the trend of using vegan products is in constant growth. Also, the oil is compact, expensive and is a very suitable product for distribution over long distances.
They have been producing the BIO WALNUT OIL since the end of 2019, according to an old French technology from 1803 - it is handmade by single cold pressing of RAW walnuts in a unique wooden OAK PRESS. The technology for the oil is unique and contributes to 100% preservation of the useful Omega fatty acids and Vitamins in the oil, because it does not heat up (max 21оC) and does not come into contact with metal. This is very important, because in conventional presses, the final product is very oxidized and most of the useful substances are destroyed by the metal and the high temperature. Thanks to the technology used, their oil has an acidity level less than 0.1% and very balanced natural taste. For comparison, you may know that the some of the most expensive premium cold-pressed oils have 0.2%.
From the residual (pressed walnuts) we make Bio Walnut Flour (which is practically vegan walnut protein (approx. 40% content) and it is also made by hand in a stone mill.
The other interesting thing is that walnut oil turns out to be a very useful cosmetic product precisely because of Omega 3,6,9 and Vitamin E, and could be used for face, body and hair. It is precisely because of this fact that it is possible to seek a partnership with established brands for premium organic cosmetics, which could be interested to implement our raw material in their production. The flour can be used in various recipes for peeling and scrub for face and body. Contains a lot of Vitamin E, Magnesium and Zinc.
This product is packaged in non-transparent bottles of 250 ml quantity. The organic extra virgin olive oil is produced from Kalamon olives harvested early (green colour). The product is rich in phenolic content and fits the EU health claim for enhanced health protective properties (Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012) and is associated to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recognizing olive oil polyphenols, including compounds of oleocanthal and oleagenin, as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. The regulations can be applied only to olive oil containing at least 250 mg of polyphenols per 1kg of olive oil. The product is certified by Lacon.
The organic extra-virgin olive oil called “Il Nostro Oro” (Our Gold) is the highest quality and value. There are numerous reasons why this is true:
- the olives are grown organically;
- the olives are harvested by hand;
- the olives are collected in small crates and processed immediately (maximum of two to four hours after harvesting);
- the olives are ground in the company mill.

To prepare 1 litre of ISUL, 7 kg of 100 % organic and semi ripe olives, which are at their ideal level of maturation, are needed. After careful selection and cold working, this creates a perfect flavour and taste so that it may be eaten raw, or with any variety of dishes.

The quality of extra virgin olive oil is determined by, the agricultural land, the healthy olive, immediate grinding of the olive once it is picked, cold manufacturing, appropriate storage.
The organoleptic value (those properties that can be perceived by our senses) decreases the longer, the product remains in its packaging. Thus, we recommend that the olive oil is consumed as soon as possible.
Isul is packaged without filtering to prevent wastage of its taste and smell characteristics, so small olive particles may appear in the bottom of the bottle.
Keep in a dark, dry place away from strong smells. In cold environments the oil may solidify, but its liquid state is recovered upon an increase in temperature.

Our monoculture organic extra virgin olive oil, made from our own quality Ottobratica olives, is produced using cold extraction. Its low acidity and excellent balance between spiciness, bitterness and fruitiness make it a pleasant oil for all palates.
Most of the crops are from the Quaranta area in the province of Reggio Calabria, Italy, at 150m above sea level.
Flavoured oils: to give your dishes a touch of freshness or spice, we created oils flavoured with oranges, bergamots and chillies.
This product is packaged in tins of 1 and 0.5 Lt quantity and non-transparent bottles of 0.5 Lt quantity. The organic extra virgin olive oil is a mixture produced from Koroneiki, Kalamon and Cyprus variety olives harvested at optimum maturity index. The product is certified by Lacon.
