The first beer of the range is the 5.G, a slightly amber blond beer, with a 5.5% alcohol content and a fragrant nose thanks to the 5 ingredients Galanga, Ginger, Goji, Ginkgo and Guarana. The 5.G has notably won a medal at the European Beer Challenge in 2019 and a score of 18/20 by Eric Boschman (former best sommelier of Belgium).

Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Matured in French oak barrels to soften the tannins and improve complexity and elegance.
Arbejd is a 9 days old pure malt 47%. The scent, the ethereal, the ever-piercing aroma of peat and phenols. The fog of war, the fumes of old. Arbejd is our peated expression. Here smoke and peat take the centre stage. This spirit is based only on Sherry Oloroso barrels which adds a balancing sweetness to the bold spirit. The barrels are loaded into our reactor together with a raw, peated new-make spirit and left to transform for 9 days.
Waves of salt speckled smoke overwhelms your pallet, shining through is a promise of safe harbour, caramel, ripe apples and black tea lingers in the background. Arbejd offers an elegant smoky character with well-integrated sweetness leaving you longing for another sip.

It is ideal as an aperitif or to pair with fresh goat cheese salads, rice, pasta dishes, raw or smoked blue fish, also to accompany carpaccio or lightly roasted “roast beef”, an excellent dessert companion in fruit and chocolate base.

Punset lays on the San Cristoforo hill, the tallest of the Barbaresco region. It hosts two MeGA, San Cristoforo and Basarin. This last area is known for the peculiarity of being very steep and exposed to the sun from south east to southwest.The Basarin vineyards of Punset lay mainly on the southeastern side, on the upper part of the hill and a little part faces south. This allows a slow heating of the land during the day, tight to the sun rising which is perfect for developing fine tannins and fresh aromas. Punset works organic, biodynamic and follows the Masanobu Fukuoka methods, so the land is always covered of grass, no cuts and work on it.
Harvest time starts average in the middle of October. The Barbaresco Basarin Riserva is made with spontaneous fermentation of indigenous yeasts and without using artificial temperature control. Grapes getting in from owned vineyards are always worked in the early morning, so they are chilled, as picking time is in October. This permits the fermentation starting gradually and in the best way.
After being destemmed, grapes are put in cement tanks for starting the fermentation, which proceeds in traditional ways of fulling in the cap for as long as possible. Soaking with skins usually takes 30 to 40 days in relation to the vintage. Softly pressed out of the them, the wine goes through the malolactic fermentation. When clean it starts the wood aging in Slavonian oak casks where it lays for at least 30 months. After being bottled the wine refined average 30 months in bottle before getting to the market. This makes the wine reaching the consumer in perfect balance, with nice silky tannins and beautiful expressions of the variety and, due to the freshness of the vintage, nice notes of dried roses and wood berries. At the same time, its aging potential is so long to make happy connoisseurs and great Barbaresco lovers. Due to the long refining Punset gives to its Barbaresco wine, it is always realized with the additional appellation Riserva.
Punset was the first winery in the region to work organic starting in year 1982 and officially certified for the EU law in year 1991. Since year 1990 it practices biodynamic and work natural in the winemaking. In year 2007 the Masanobu Fukuoka agricultural practice had been added in the farming and avoids all kind of fertilization of the soil.
No animal products are used in the entire cycle and Punset Wines are Vegan Friendly, while sulfites are added just before bottling for maintain the perfect characters and giving the wine the possibility of aging in the time.
BdeBeer is our Weissbier with wildflowers, handpicked from our forest.
All the ingredients used for BdeBeeer are certified organic (please note that in this case, the hops are in “organic conversion”. Hops will be considered 100% organic by the end of July 2021.).
BdeBeer gives visibility and support to our wild bee conservation project, which we carry out in our hops field, in collaboration with the European Association of Wild Bees.
It is a very light and fresh beer, in which the flowers add some fruity and spicy aromas (such as peach and curry) and the wheat creates the bread-y taste.
We elaborate BdeBeer without gluten, so it is also suitable for celiacs.
BdeGust is our first and award-winning beer.
It is an organic lager, made with barley and extra hops, as we want the consumer to enjoy our own grown hops.
It is produced with toasted barley malt as well, so it has more flavours and body than common lagers. BdeGust is greatly appreciated among Michelin starred chefs as it offers a strong personality, whilst being a beer that is light and fresh and its bitterness cleans up very quickly, allowing to combine it with any kind of dish to be served as its bitterness does not remain for long once enjoyed.
The Berlin Night Gin is a very popular gin in bars, nightclubs and for private consumers as a give-away, or to enjoy by themselves. It is a classical gin, in which juniper and fresh lemon peel are the dominant flavours and aromas. A subtle note of Thai herbs supports the juniper and lemon. This gin is produced from organic juniper from the Balkan region and freshly peeled zests from organic lemons originating from a farm in Mallorca, Spain, lemon grass, Thai basil, and kaffir lime leaves as well as organic neutral spirit. All botanicals are individually distilled in a 40 litre still in the Berlin Distillery and then blended into a dry gin. The distilling team pays special attention to producing a distillate which is aromatic, round, and without any bitterness. No additives, artificial or natural aromas, sugar, colouring nor concentrates are used for this gin.
The Berlin Night Gin is best served with a dry tonic water and a lemon zest, as a classic gin and tonic. It is not only popular with night clubs, bars, and restaurants, but especially with spirits and specialised shops, selling the Berlin Night Gin to end consumers. This gin is especially popular to be given as a present for special occasions as well as to bring to a dinner or party. Most gin consumers which have discovered this gin tend to reorder it regularly and enjoy it at home when they want to treat themselves to something special.
The Berlin Night Gin is presented in a very aesthetic bottle. The inside of the back label, with an illustration of the Berlin nightlife, can be seen through the bottle. Every bottle is numbered by hand, as proof of the small-scale production and manual work invested in this gin.
Bikandi Ecologico Crianza is an organic Tempranillo wine from Rioja. The vines grow in a cool high-altitude area in calcareous alluvial soil. The vineyards are strictly kept under ecological agricultural methods in a natural environment without any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Bikandi grapes are hand harvested during the first weeks of October. After fermentation, Viña Olabarri’s winemaker- Fernando Salgado, aged the wine for more than 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. This ensures a fruit-forward wine that is elegant, fresh, spicy and nuanced which integrates the oak character perfectly with the dark cherry fruit, vanilla and chocolate that shows on tasting. It is ideal with tapas or any grilled dish.
