Contrary to fruit preserves, subjected to thermal treatment, Lioforte premium freeze-dried fruits retain the nutritional and health benefits of fresh fruit.
Lioforte premium freeze-dried fruits contain a wealth of organic acids, vitamins and minerals. They are raw fruits, subjected only to the Lioforte premium freeze-drying process, without the use of microwaves, no added sugar, no preservatives, naturally gluten-free.
Lioforte premium freeze-dried fruit is a 100% Polish product. They come from non-industrial crops, from proven, reputable producers and processors who practice natural cultivation methods.

• Net weight: 180 g
• Unopened product can be stored at room temperature until the "Best before" date. Once opened consume within 2-3 days and protect it from drying by using the zip lock. To ensure freshness, the product is sealed in modified atmosphere packaging. Store in cool, dry, preferably dark place.

Tasty Tip: Heat in a toaster oven for 10 seconds to bring out the natural flavours.

This is a typical Alps plant that grows at extreme altitude: 2000 meters above the sea, where the environment is absolutely free from human activities.
At liquid state it's light-yellow coloured but it crystallizes very fast getting a unique white colour. Its flavour and aroma are not strong, they remind us to white flowers and snow.

This product is packaged in tins of 1 and 0.5 Lt quantity and non-transparent bottles of 0.5 Lt quantity. The organic extra virgin olive oil is a mixture produced from Koroneiki, Kalamon and Cyprus variety olives harvested at optimum maturity index. The product is certified by Lacon.

Wild European blueberry (also called bilberry, Vaccinium myrtillus) is very different from the cultivated blueberries (Vaccinium angustifolium, Vaccinum corymbosum). Our handpicked, wild-crafted organic bilberries are gathered from certified organic forests in Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
Northern conditions are characterized by long summer days, featuring abundance of light and cool temperatures during the growing season, which gives our berries a special, strong flavour and makes them rich with nutrients.

Wild European blueberries, also called bilberries contain astonishingly 4 times more antioxidants than cultivated blueberries. In addition, these valuable berries contain great amount of vitamin A, vitamin E, carotene and dietary fibre.
There is no cross-contact with allergens (like gluten, nuts, soy, dairy, or eggs) during any stage of processing our juicy, ripe, organic, Nordic wild blueberries. LOOV organic blueberry powder is clean and high quality: it is independently analysed for nutritional potency, purity and safety (like bacteria, etc).

Bikandi Ecologico Crianza is an organic Tempranillo wine from Rioja. The vines grow in a cool high-altitude area in calcareous alluvial soil. The vineyards are strictly kept under ecological agricultural methods in a natural environment without any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Bikandi grapes are hand harvested during the first weeks of October. After fermentation, Viña Olabarri’s winemaker- Fernando Salgado, aged the wine for more than 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. This ensures a fruit-forward wine that is elegant, fresh, spicy and nuanced which integrates the oak character perfectly with the dark cherry fruit, vanilla and chocolate that shows on tasting. It is ideal with tapas or any grilled dish.
