Tasting

• Appearance: Clear and bright intense red ruby
• In glass: for aromatics, we find orange aromas, red fruit jam and little touches of tropical fruits. We can notice very soft wood touches.
• In mouth: When entering mouth, it gives us freshness and fruit touches. With sour taste that will give us a very pleasant transition. A kind, light wine and very easy to drink.

Kéfir 12+2 is the result of carefully slow fermenting our goats’ milk. Our recipe includes 12 live kéfir strains plus 2 live probiotic strains, which together, add up to 10 thousand million live bacteria in each 420 g container. These live cultures are highly beneficial to the gut.
Kéfir 12+2 is a very creamy product, which is drinkable, but can also be enjoyed with a spoon. It is white and has a very light goat taste.
It is recommended for everyone, children or adults, especially people with gut problems that want to balance their microbiota. It can be combined with dried fruit, jam or cereal.

Through a new technology called "air popped system”, we use high　temperatures and pressure to "POP" starch contained inside vegetables (like popcorn). In this way, we create crunchy snacks with 80% less fat than traditional fried crisps on the market. Our chips have less than 7% fat, are high in protein content, high in fibre content, Organic, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Vegan and of course, delicious!

Red dry wine produced entirely from the indigenous Cyprus grape variety Maratheftiko. Tasting notes: Ruby red, medium body, high acidity wine with aromas and flavours of black cherry, black currant, baked dark fruit, tomato leaf, black pepper, vanilla and tobacco.

Technically almond is the seed, not the fruit, of the almond. From the many varieties of almonds in our territory, the most known are: tuono, ferragnes and Tessitora almonds. Another difference is that of sweet and bitter almonds. 

Sweet almonds contain unsaturated fats, proteins, mineral salts, and vitamins in particular vitamin and, in addition, they contain magnesium which is a real touch for the nervous system. 

Almond can be natural and peeled and constitutes a fundamental ingredient in kitchen, particularly in pastry; it is an important product that is part of the mediterranean diet.
 

Chufas (tigernuts) are standard-sized, brown, rough, whole and dry tubers, which have been carefully selected and calibrated. They are specially designed for the production of horchata and vegetable drinks.

We only use our own indigenous yeast. No herbicides neither pesticides are used. The grapes are fermented and aged in French oak barrels (225 l). Personal & elegant wine with great potential of aging. Numerous awards and great scores both national & international. Less than 4,500 bottles are produced of this wine.

Flower Honey is a preferred choice for a lot of customers. It is yellow to amber in colour, and has a rich flower scent. The produce is collected in the summer months from a wide range of flowers. It is suitable for cooking a variety of every-day meals.
