The Goat Cheese Los Cameros (P.D.O. Queso Camerano) is a combination of all the flavour and all the tradition of our ancestors, together with the careful processing demanded by a Signature Cheese. The result is a full flavoured, highly intense and slightly lactic cheese with a pronounced aroma derived from natural curing. Under the signature of Francisco Javier Martínez, a Master Cheesemaker, we are proud to present the revival of this centuries-old recipe for the goat cheese which was formerly made in La Rioja.
The development of affinage molds and the olive oil baths gives the perfect aroma and the colour achieved on maturity.
It is a full flavoured, highly intense and slightly lactic cheese, with a pronounced aroma and natural maturing, with an off-white colour and firm and crumbly texture. The characteristic rind is finely marked by the woven cheese-making basket.

This orange wine is vinified in one of the Georgian kvevris installed at the winery. All our grapes are manually selected and harvested. For these kvevri wines mostly Riesling and Pinot Blanc are used. After harvesting the grapes are destemmed. Skin maceration takes place during 1 to 5 months. The wine then ages in the kvevri for 1 to 5 more months on lees.
This orange wine reveals at first the typical citrus notes of a grape variety. Plunging deeper into what this orange wine has to offer, a rare complexity and elegance are uncovered. A "Kox Coup de coeur"!
Avocado oil is cold pressed from the pulp of the same fruit (Persea americana). Avocado fruits are cleaned, peeled and pitted, then subsequently pressed until a dark green oil with fantastic nutritional properties is obtained. Nutrition: This oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (Omega 9), that promotes cardiovascular health. It is also rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin A and phytosterols.
How to use it? Highly versatile, it can be used for any preparation, even frying (due to its high smoke point). In cosmetics, it is used to prevent stretch marks and to repair chapped lips.

Kéfir 12+2 is the result of carefully slow fermenting our goats’ milk. Our recipe includes 12 live kéfir strains plus 2 live probiotic strains, which together, add up to 10 thousand million live bacteria in each 420 g container. These live cultures are highly beneficial to the gut.
Kéfir 12+2 is a very creamy product, which is drinkable, but can also be enjoyed with a spoon. It is white and has a very light goat taste.
It is recommended for everyone, children or adults, especially people with gut problems that want to balance their microbiota. It can be combined with dried fruit, jam or cereal.

Fresh young wine of brilliant garnet colour. Intense aromas of red fruit, currant and cherry with floral notes of violets and roses. On the palate it is soft, silky with a slight sweetness and a long aftertaste. It is a very versatile wine that can be drunk at any occasion.
