This red wine uses 100% Red Grenache grapes.
The grapes are harvested during the months of September and October, when they are at their optimum ripeness. After a precise maturation control, the best vineyards are selected, and are harvested so that the grapes arrive healthy and in the best conditions for winemaking.
Visual: Violet colour with shades of cherry colours, very intense.
Olfactory: Wide range of aromas amongst which ripe red fruits, black fruits stand out. Delicate notes of liquorice can also be noticed.
Taste: It stands out for its balance between volume, maturity and freshness, in equal parts. It reminds us of fruits, with a slight tenacity that structures the whole. Very persistent.
Pairing: Celler Arrufí Trepadella goes well with sausages, meats, risottos and charcoal grilled food.

PRODUCTION OF EXCELLENCE ( LIMITED QUANTITIES) INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES WITH NO CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS NOR PESTICIDES BEST VARIETIES OF SICILIAN OLIVE TREES (ITALY)
In Marina di Ragusa, in our farm, only the best varieties of Sicilian olive trees are grown: Tonda Iblea, Nocellara dell'Etna (local ecotype called Verdese), and Biancolilla; the secular trees are flanked by young plants created with innovative agronomic criteria and the use of agro-climatic and environmental monitoring systems. Furthermore, in the neighboring experimental areas, a varietal collection of over 40 varieties of olive trees from all the countries of the Mediterranean basin allows evaluating the response to the local climate of different genotypes, representing precious know-how for future plants. The production of olives destined for transformation into oil derives from a plant grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides with the most advanced agronomic techniques. The olive harvest is done by hand, without the aid of mechanical equipment and their processing takes place on the same day as the harvest. The milling and pressing of the olives are carried out with a continuous cycle system at low temperatures, the decanting takes place naturally in steel containers under nitrogen pressure and the bottling takes place at the Frantoio Mediterraneo located in Donnalucata, a few kilometers from the company that guarantees compliance with HACCP and international standards. It is a production of excellence, available in limited quantities.

The CIRASELLA brand extra virgin olive oil, of the "Tonda Iblea, Verdese, and Biancolilla" cultivar is a superior category oil obtained only with olives grown in our farm in Marina di Ragusa (Sicily), without any filtering and with natural settling. With a very low acidity (0.19 - 0.24) and with a very high content in polyphenols and vitamins, CIRASELLA is a real cure-all ally of health, guaranteed by a local production between tradition and innovation whose daily monitoring takes place with almost maniacal care in all production phases: cultivation and manual harvesting with extraction only by mechanical procedures on the same day of harvesting. Numerous sensory analyzes have defined it as an oil full of flavors, with a fruity taste and intense color, harmonious sensation, scented with spices and aromatic herbs.

Our sachets bags are "SOILON' and 100% from natural origin (derived from corn starch) and biodegradable. This natural material allows the consumer to see the quality of the herbs through the tea bag as it is not an opaque filter paper.

Cava produced with Parellada 40%, Macabeu 30% and Xarel.lo 30% gapes. Aged for 26 months. Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections and very fine bubbles. Elegant in aroma with notes of apple and nuts. Good balance between acidity and sugar.

This Verdicchio di Matelica DOC is obtained from some vineyards located in a hilly area with excellent exposure where the particular climatic conditions promote their organic cultivation. Then, at the time of perfect aromatic ripening, selected hand-picked grapes are vinified away from the air. Wine that expresses aromatic and floral notes of white fruit, on the palate shows great character and refreshing final acidity. Easy to match, both at meal and in other convivial moments, it is enhanced with medium seasoned fish and cheeses.
Technically almond is the seed, not the fruit, of the almond. From the many varieties of almonds in our territory, the most known are: tuono, ferragnes and Tessitora almonds. Another difference is that of sweet and bitter almonds.
Sweet almonds contain unsaturated fats, proteins, mineral salts, and vitamins in particular vitamin and, in addition, they contain magnesium which is a real touch for the nervous system.
Almond can be natural and peeled and constitutes a fundamental ingredient in kitchen, particularly in pastry; it is an important product that is part of the mediterranean diet.
