We try to express through the wines, our close connection with the territory in which we develop our work daily. That’s why Vol de l’Aliga is inspired on the majestic flight of the Bonelli’s eagle that nests on the forest surrounding our winery.
EL VOL DE L’ALIGA RED is a red wine made from Grenache and Carignan. It’s been aged for five months in amphorae. It’s a fruit-driven wine, juicy and with ripe tannins.
It’s the first organic wine from Viticultors del Priorat, the evidence of our commitment with the magic environment in which we coexist within.

Organic Reserve Sherry vinegar has a really special character. Its rich aromas and unmistakable intense flavour make this vinegar unique and recognised as one of the best in the world.
Made only from Organic Jerez PDI wines, it acquires its genuine characteristics through the ageing it receives for over 6 months in American-oak sherry barrels through the special system of criaderas and soleras, the oldest and most traditional method.
Organic Reserve Sherry Vinegars are made in our winery in Jerez de la Frontera under the he Regulatory Council of the Appellations of Origin “Jerez-Xérès-Sherry”, which issues a number for each of the bottles made under its control.

Dense and dark, mahogany-coloured. Fragrant aroma of wood and walnuts, with hints of toffee on the palate.
A penetrating, concentrated, generous flavour. Its round, supple character comes as a surprise, acquired from the years spent ageing.
It is ideal to bring a touch of class to both warm and cold salads, marinated meat, or fish, and of course, it is an essential ingredient in a real Andalusian cold soup, or gazpacho.

We purchase our herbs from trustworthy producers with whom we develop contracts from one harvest to the next and store now more than 800 herbs (flowers, leaves, herbs, barks, seeds...) that we can offer in bulk (whole, cut or powdered according to your needs) or in packaged bags with notch and window to display. Bags are available in kraft or white colour and can be customised with your own logo brand. We can also work on printing bags.

Organic oat flakes are obtained from oat grains subjected to special hydrothermal treatment, hulling and flaking. They are a rich source of digestible carbohydrates (starch) that give energy and a sense of satiety for a long time. In addition, they contain easily digestible protein and a relatively large amount of fiber regulating the work of the digestive system. The fiber contained in oats contains its absorbable fraction - beta-glucans. They support our immunity and help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Oat flakes are rich in a complex of B vitamins (B1, B6), responsible for the proper condition of our skin, hair and nails.
