Grapeseed oil is made of the seeds of sun-ripened grapes. Cold-pressed grapeseed oil is a dark green liquid, with a characteristic flavour. It keeps its flavour even at a temperature above 200°C.
This oil is easily digestible and cholesterol-free. It can help to protect the vascular system against sclerosis, and to strengthen blood vessels and capillary walls, reducing the danger of thrombosis. It has strong antioxidant effect. It can reduce irritation as well as improve skin and hair regeneration.
Our Grapeseed Oil has won two-star award at the 2020 Great Taste awards.
We recommend it for preparing steaks, frying meats and flavouring salads.

Tomato puree
Soon after picking, the tomato is carefully washed, dried up and “simply” mashed without cooking and without the addition of any preservatives. The resulting puree is bottled, closed and sterilized, to ensure proper and safe storage.
Peeled tomatoes
The peeled tomato is obtained from a careful selection and washing of tomatoes whose skin is afterwards removed.

Recipe

Cocktail "Antigripin" for immunity
Blend 2 small bananas, 2 teaspoons blackcurrant powder, 0,5 teaspoon Melissa lemon, 300 ml water or coconut water, 4 soaked dates or 1 spoon honey.
Natural dye - Gives a soft purple colour for the product.
1 teaspoon of Black currant powder = 100 g fresh berries.

Our monoculture organic extra virgin olive oil, made from our own quality Ottobratica olives, is produced using cold extraction. Its low acidity and excellent balance between spiciness, bitterness and fruitiness make it a pleasant oil for all palates.
