Diez Siglos Verdejo Ecológico
Organic and vegan at the same time, fermented on its own lees for 3 months and with a short rest in the bottle, it is a unique wine. Perfect varietal expression, bright and with a powerful volume on the palate. Aroma of fresh grass, fennel and aniseed typical of the Verdejo variety.
Blanco Nieva Pie Franco Verdejo
100% made with pre-phylloxera grapes
Made entirely with Verdejo grapes from vines planted in free standing with ages close to 100 years from the Nieva hawks.
After its manual harvest, the must ferments at a low temperature to maintain all its fruit and mineral power. A clean and bright straw yellow wine with the typical greenish reflections of the Verdejo variety.
It is presented with contained aromatic intensity but of great complexity, characterized by the minerality typical of the terrain, notes of slate, accompanied by well-integrated, fresh white fruit. In the same way, we find balsamic and notes of aromatic herbs typical of the variety.
The entry is very silky as a result of aging on fine lees, without losing the Verdejo character in its final bitterness that gives it length. Again, we find the presence of balsamic aromas and good acidity in the aftertaste.
The result is a fresh, elegant wine with aromatic complexity, with great breadth in the mouth that makes it persistent. A whim that will surprise you when you drink it.

Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a typical sweet-and-sour condiment, specifica of Emilia Romagna Region and holding the Protected Geographic Indication European LOGO (IGP/PGI). Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from the fermentation, acidifying and aging of Grape juice (Must). The aging should take place in wood barrels for at leat 60 days to obtain the IGP/PGI certification and acidity should be minimum 6%. It is possible to add Caramel as a colouring agent but all the REALE products are Colouring-free. In fact, we use natural aging in wood barrels and do not use any additive or preservative. We offer also aged and creamy Balsamic vinegars because when Balsamic is aged it becomes creamy and thick. Therefore, a young balsamic is used to dress salads while an older balsamic can be used on fruit and desserts as well.  
Lacruz Vega Syrah
Lacruz Vega Syrah is an organic red wine elaborate only with Syrah variety.
The harvest is always done at night when temperatures are lower. Controlled maceration times, temperature and the use of wine fermenting tanks allows us to find the perfect balance of colour and tannins development. Flowers and fruit aromas are an important touch in the taste. Fermentations is performed at different temperatures, at the discretion of our technicians. The exact technique depends on the weather, the grapes used and our objective.The wine has a shocking-palate with balsamic and roasted aftertaste, developed in conjunction with floral notes.
Mirador
Mirador is the reference red wine from the winery. Made from Merlo and Ull de llebre (Spanish tempranillo) from the best parcels of the winery. Is it only produced if we can assure its quality or we make the quantity we can assure the quality, so the production is quite limited (2018 vintage: 3.860 bottles, 2019 vintage: 2.933 bottles, 2020 vintage: no production).
After a first selection of the vines, the grapes undergo a second manual selection on the table, where the fruit is separated from the rape. The grapes go into stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (20-22ºC), with two movements a day. Maceration for 3 weeks and extraction by pipeage. Aging in stain-less steel and new 500l French oak barrels for 8 months. The coupage is performed after the aging.  
The result is a seductive, expressive and fruity wine in the nose, with red and black fruit, floral notes and a touch of vanilla. In the mouth is long and powerful but with very soft, well integrated tannins.
