Herbs in bulk or pre-packaged bags
We purchase our herbs from trustworthy producers with whom we develop contracts from one harvest to the next and store now more than 800 herbs (flowers, leaves, herbs, barks, seeds...) that we can offer in bulk (whole, cut or powdered according to your needs) or in packaged bags with notch and window to display. Bags are available in kraft or white colour and can be customised with your own logo brand. We can also work on printing bags.
France - Chemille-en-Anjou
Manual selection of grapes, harvested from September, the 20th to Sept. the 30rd in old vineyards of Ancarano and Controguerra with optimal exposure and medium-low yield. The terroir gives the grapes the best thermal excursions that, together with organic techniques of cultivation, enhances the typical flavors of Pecorino grapes.
The wine is made exclusively in stainless steel tanks thermo-conditioned and it takes the skin maceration at low temperature.
Color: Pale yellow with golden reflexes
Nose: Flowers and ripened yellow fruit
Flavor by Mouth: Fresh and rich in minerality and persistence. Lovely with fish and fresh or medium-aged cheese.

Sicilian Tangerine Compote
Our compotes are made only with ingredients derived from fruit. In fact, we do not use refined sugars, cane sugar or liquid sweeteners but we use crystalline sugar from organic grapes. Furthermore, our compotes do not contain Pectin, Citric Acid and additives of any kind. Ingredients: Organic Sicilian Tangerine with peel 55%, Organic Sugar Grape 45%.

Rexach Baqués Brut Imperial Reserva
Cava produced with Parellada 40%, Macabeu 30% and Xarel.lo 30% gapes. Aged for 26 months. Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections and very fine bubbles. Elegant in aroma with notes of apple and nuts. Good balance between acidity and sugar.
Alcohol: 11.5%. Production: 30.000 bottles

Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and White Grenache
Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, facing north- south, in a fertile soil, clay- calcareous, in organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain unctuous wines.
The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.
Elaboration: Extraction of the must after cold maceration with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC to safeguard the varietal aromas. Fresh, aromatic wine, with a little carbonic from the maceration itself, which gives us aroma, soft freshness, velvety flavour and produces endless ethereal sensations that relax the spirit and soul.
Alcohol: 13,0% Vol.
Serve at 8-10 ºC
Colour: Lemon yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple and kiwi, combined with citric fruits. Also, prominent aromas of green fruits and a hint of herbs, giving way to a certain minerality.
Palate: Fresh and strong in the mouth, with powerful citrus and mineral notes. The Sauvignon Blanc provides freshness, spectacular aromas and an agreeable acidity, to counterbalance the creaminess and volume of the White Grenache.
Parish: White fish, seafood, rice, pasta, potatoes and light structure dishes.
Spain - Logroño
The organic extra-virgin olive oil called “Il Nostro Oro” (Our Gold) is the highest quality and value. There are numerous reasons why this is true:
-    the olives are grown organically;
-    the olives are harvested by hand;
-    the olives are collected in small crates and processed immediately (maximum of two to four hours after harvesting);
-    the olives are ground in the company mill.
