Our classic hazelnut Proteinella is a delicious spread. With its smooth and creamy taste, it is hard to really believe we do not use any added sugar. And it even gets better, no palm oil is used.
We just love hazelnuts. The buttery taste of the nuts is so delicious we wanted to share our hero item with others.
Hazelnuts are relatively quick and easy to grow, they do not require as much space as other nut trees, and they produce sweet, delicious nuts. The first hazelnut crop is usually small. After a couple of seasons, the bounty will grow! A mature tree can produce 25 pounds of nuts in one season and will continue to produce for about 50 years.
Harvesting takes very little effort. Since the nuts drop from the tree as they ripen, all you must do is collect them from the ground.
So, go ahead, get a jar of Proteinella as soon as you can and indulge without any conscious feelings.

Hailing from Portuguese barrels, this 7 days old pure malt 43% has decades of heritage in its composition. This spirit is made using Port Wine barrels in combination with Burgundy Brandy barrels. The wood from the different barrels is loaded into our reactor and are left to transform and age for 7 days. Using ultrasound, elevated temperatures and controlled oxygenation we are able to transform raw, white spirit into oaky drops of gold.

Bikandi Ecological Crianza
Bikandi Ecologico Crianza is an organic Tempranillo wine from Rioja. The vines grow in a cool high-altitude area in calcareous alluvial soil. The vineyards are strictly kept under ecological agricultural methods in a natural environment without any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Bikandi grapes are hand harvested during the first weeks of October. After fermentation, Viña Olabarri’s winemaker- Fernando Salgado, aged the wine for more than 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. This ensures a fruit-forward wine that is elegant, fresh, spicy and nuanced which integrates the oak character perfectly with the dark cherry fruit, vanilla and chocolate that shows on tasting. It is ideal with tapas or any grilled dish.
