The company works with HO.RE.CA, supermarkets, restaurants and it is certified IFS food and BIO. The best product is the Crescia sfogliata:  it is a typical product of Marche region and it is made with flour, eggs, water, pork lard, salt and pepper. This is very fast and simple to cook. One needs only a pan, oven or grill to heat up the product and then fill it in with cheese, cold cuts and different kinds of vegetables.
Alternatively, Crescia or Piadina can be used like bread.

The Bartrolí Sangüesa family decided to recover the family winegrowing tradition in 1997 after the almost disappearance of the vines in the Anoia region due to the Civil War that caused a strong industrialization of the area. It was not until 2017 that the family decided to start its own project based in four main bases: 100% organic (since 1997), estate bottled, high quality (only the highest quality vineyards are selected to produce our wines and wines are only made if the grape quality is good enough), and minimum intervention (to reflect as much as possible its identity).
