Conform to regulation 1334/2008/CE on flavours in foodstuffs and to regulation 231/2012/UE on additives in foodstuffs. Cardboard box of 4kg with blue plastic lining which conform to current regulation concerning material in contact with foodstuffs.
Application: for topping or to be coated in chocolate.

Aptunion is a French company part of Mireolian, a familiar group, implanted in South of France, in Apt. The company produces candied fruits: cherries, orange, lemon... and fruits pieces : strawberry, lemon, orange ... for food industry (bakery, chocolate, pastry...)
We produce around 10 000 MT a year in 3 plants located in Apt (South-East of France), to cover our clients all over the world. All our plants are BRC certified and some of our products are organic.
80% of our cherries come from Provence, from farms near to our plant, in order to encourage the regional agriculture and to build a sustainable partnership with the local farmers.
We are making supplier evaluations to ensure high quality raw materials, and strict Production procedures to guarantee the microbiological safety of our products.
We have a sustainable partnership with more than 200 farmers in Provence, APTUNION is a company firmly rooted in the Apt-Lubéron.
